The invention discloses a wood container-loading machine which comprises a walking platform, and a walking pushing seat, an outward pushing frame, an inward pushing frame, a loading and unloading cabinet and a first motor arranged on the walking platform. The wood container-loading machine is characterized in that the first motor is installed at one end of the walking platform and drives the walking pushing seat to move back and forth on the walking platform; the outward pushing frame is installed on the walking pushing seat, and tires are installed at the bottom of the outward pushing frame; the inward pushing frame is arranged in the outward pushing frame, and a second motor is arranged on the walking pushing seat and drives the inward pushing frame to move back and forth on the outward pushing frame; a pushing plate is installed on the inward pushing frame; and the loading and unloading cabinet is connected with the outward pushing frame.
