The invention provides a doxycycline hydrochloride freeze-drying agent for injection. The doxycycline hydrochloride freeze-drying agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of doxycycline hydrochloride, 300-600 parts of mannitol, 480-960 parts of sodium hydrogen sulfite, a pH regulator and water for injection, wherein the pH value of the injection is regulated to 1.9-3.2 by using the pH regulator; the preparation method comprises the steps of injection preparation, pH value adjustment, filtration, pre-freezing and drying treatment to obtain the freeze-drying agent, and due to the fact that few auxiliary materials are used, the liquid preparation time is short at the low temperature, other impurities are not prone to occurring, and the content of effective components is high; active carbon is not used in the preparation process, so that the cost of used materials is reduced, and the requirements of related preparation laws and regulations are met; the product is more s
