The four components cooperate with each other to achieve a synergistic effect, so that the activity of 5 alpha-reductase is effectively inhibited, the situation that the 5 alpha-reductase catalyzes testosterone to be converted into DHT is avoided to a great extent, and then the problems that high-activity DHT acts on hair follicles after being combined with an androgen receptor, so that the DHT enters a retrogression period quickly, and is miniaturized, hair drops and the like are solved; and besides, the anti-hair-loss hair-growing composition can inhibit expression of IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha inflammatory factors in skin hair follicles, so that the purposes of preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth are finally achieved.
