Summary: | The invention discloses a deoxidation slagging material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of aluminum powder, 20-40% of calcium oxide, 0.1-10% of boron carbide, 0.1-10% of calcium fluoride, 0.1-10% of sodium oxide and the balance of silicon dioxide. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring calcium oxide powder and water to prepare calcium oxide slurry; adding the aluminum powder into the calcium oxide slurry, fully mixing and uniformly stirring, cooling, drying and crushing to obtain porous particles; and fully mixing the granular boron carbide, calcium fluoride and silicon dioxide, the porous particles and the sodium oxide to obtain a target product. The deoxidation slagging material is good in deoxidation effect, fast in slagging and easy to clean.
