The invention relates to a tilting mechanism locking device for a vehicle with two front wheels. The device comprises: a tilting mechanism which is arranged on a support component at the front end side of a frame unit; and a locking device arranged in front of the supporting component. The locking device is provided with: a disc which is arranged on the tilting mechanism and swings obliquely and synchronously with the tilting mechanism; and a locking unit arranged on the supporting component at the front side of the frame unit. The locking unit is provided with a motor serving as a power source when the locking unit conducts locking action, a reduction gear set driven by the motor, a pushing assembly driven by the reduction gear set, a locking caliper set pushed by the pushing assembly and a control piece for controlling the locking unit to act or not; the locking caliper set of the locking unit locks or unlocks the disc, and the disc is locked by the locking unit, so that the tilting mechanism cannot tilt an
