The invention discloses processing equipment and a preparation method for an acetamide fiber targeting agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparation of materials for lipidosome; step 2, preparation of the lipidosome; step 3, pretreatment of the lipidosome; step 4, drug pretreatment: mutually dissolving drug raw materials in the acetamide fiber targeting agent; and step 5, production of a preparation: adding a drug solution of the acetamide fiber targeting agent obtained in the step 4 and a blank liposome solution obtained in the step 3 into the processing equipment for preparing the acetamide fiber targeting agent, adding a targeting agent adjuvant, carrying out heat preservation stirring, and dialyzing a concentrated liquid when a system turns into transparent liquid from turbid liquid, wherein the volume of the concentrated liquid is 10%-15% of the volume of the liquid before concentration, and the particle size of the concentrated liquid does not exceed 150 nm. By means o
