The invention discloses a preparation method of a titanium dioxide nanotube. The preparation method comprises the following steps of an electrode preparation step, specifically, carrying out polishing treatment on a titanium foil, and then washing the titanium foil with deionized water; an electrolyte preparation step, specifically, preparing an electrolyte, wherein the electrolyte contains 0.05 mol/L of H2SiF6 and 5% by mass of phosphoric acid; an electrolyte aging step, specifically, placing the polished titanium foil in the electrolyte to serve as a positive electrode, taking a graphite electrode as a negative electrode, adding constant-current current between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and taking out the titanium foil after reacting for a period of time; a nanotube preparation step, specifically, putting the polished titanium foil in an electrolyte to serve as a positive electrode, taking a graphite electrode as a negative electrode, adding constant-voltage current between the posi
