The technical scheme of the invention is based on the effect of the change-over switch; wherein the electrochromic optical filter realizes switching of three states in the first driving circuit, the second driving circuit or the open circuit, so that light waves penetrating through the electrochromic optical filter can be changed, namely, the filtering characteristic of the electrochromic optical filter can be adjusted; in this way, the switching of different states can be met without installing a plurality of cameras.
