Summary: | The invention provides a novel near-infrared two-zone dye capable of resisting solvent quenching as well as a preparation method and application of the novel near-infrared two-zone dye, and relates to a novel solvent-quenching-resistant nitrogen heterocyclic ring-containing NIR-II dye. Experiments show that the near-infrared two-zone dye has the characteristics of high water solubility, long wavelength, solvent quenching resistance, excellent light stability, deep penetration depth, protein enhanced fluorescence emission and the like, and blood vessels and livers of the whole body of a mouse can be seen clearly by injecting the near-infrared two-zone dye into the mouse through tail vein injection. In addition, the structure of the dye is easy to modify, various targeting groups and detection groups can be connected, and the application range is wide.
