The invention discloses a needle silicification device, comprising a plugging and blowing device, a plugging mechanism, a tube extruding mechanism, an auxiliary positioning mechanism, and a tube bending mechanism used for pressing a needle into or pulling the needle out of a silicone oil box; a needle is soaked into the silicone oil box through the tube bending mechanism to siliconize the surface of the needle; and negative pressure is generated in the hose by utilizing the plugging mechanism and the extrusion tube mechanism, so that silicone oil enters the needle head to control the silicification degree of the inner wall of the needle head.
