The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a nanofiber oil-water separation membrane, and the nanofiber oil-water separation membrane. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan, wherein the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to chitosan is (5-10): 2; carrying out electrostatic spinning by taking the mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan as an electrostatic spinning precursor solution to obtain a chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane; soaking the chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane in a glutaraldehyde solution with the concentration of 1-20 wt% for a cross-linking reaction to obtain a cross-linked chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane; and soaking the cross-linked chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane in a FeCl3 solution with the concentration of 5 -30 mg/mL, and growing beta-FeOOH nanoparticles in situ to obtain the nanofiber oil-water separation membrane. 本申请实施例提供的一种纳米纤维油水分离膜的制备方法及纳米纤维
