The invention provides a gantry lifting device. The gantry lifting device comprises at least two slipways arranged side by side, and each slipway is provided with a lifting assembly; each lifting assembly comprises two lifting machine rails arranged on the corresponding slipway in parallel and a lifting machine connected to the two lifting machine rails in a sliding mode; a transition rail is arranged between every two adjacent slipways, and the two ends of the transition rail extend into the two slipways respectively and intersect with the two lifting machine rails in each slipway; the device further comprises transfer assemblies, and the transfer assemblies are arranged at the bottoms of the lifting machines and are used for driving the lifting machines to move along the transition rails. The lifting machines on the adjacent slipways are moved to replace rented heavy crawler cranes, and the device has the advantages of low requirements for sites and foundations and convenience in use; in addition, when a ta
