The invention discloses a gas filling system and gas filling method of a single-column double-pipe double-outlet LNG flowmeter. A first metering pipe and a second metering pipe which are arranged in parallel are arranged in a shell of the flowmeter, the flowmeter is connected with a liquid phase space of a storage tank through a liquid inlet of a liquid inlet pipeline, LNG is connected with the input end of the flowmeter through the liquid inlet and the liquid inlet pipeline, the output end of the flowmeter is connected with a first liquid adding pipeline and a second liquid adding pipeline, LNG flows out of the output end of the flowmeter after being metered through the first metering pipe and the second metering pipe, and liquid adding of gas cylinders of external vehicles is completed through the corresponding first liquid adding pipeline and the corresponding second liquid adding pipeline.
