The tunnel supporting structure comprises at least one segment ring assembly and concrete; the segment ring assembly is suitable to arrange on the inner wall of a tunnel; the segment ring assembly comprises an inner ring supporting assembly and an outer ring supporting assembly; the inner ring supporting assembly and the outer ring supporting assembly are connected and form a grouting cavity in a surrounding mode; and the concrete is injected into the grouting cavity. The tunnel supporting structure disclosed by the invention can be suitable for TBM construction, the installation convenience of the supporting structure is improved, the stress performance is improved, and the safety risk of tunnel construction is reduced. 本发明公开了一种隧道支护结构及其施工方法，其中，隧道支护结构包括至少一个管片环组件和混凝土，管片环组件适于设置于隧道内壁上，管片环组件包括内环支护组件和外环支护组件，内环支护组件与外环支护组件连接并围设形成注浆腔；混凝土注入于注浆腔内。本发明提出一种隧道支护结构，可适用于TBM施工，提高了支护结构的安装便利性，提升了受力性能，降低了隧道施工的安全风险。
