Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive application of converter steel slag, in particular to a method for improving the reduction efficiency of iron in high-iron converter steel slag with rice hull ash. The treatment method of the high-iron converter steel slag comprises the following steps: adding the rice hull ash, silicon oxide and aluminum oxide into the high-iron converter steel slag for reduction reaction; reducing the iron in the high-iron converter steel slag by using the agricultural waste rice hull ash a reducing material; adjusting the alkalinity and the silicon-aluminum ratio of the high-iron converter steel slag by using silicon oxide and aluminum oxide as modifying agents, so that slag and the iron are separated more easily; and meanwhile, determining reduction reaction conditions and cooling modes matched with materials. The method is used for reducing and reconstructing the high-iron converter steel slag, and the iron reduction rate can reach 80% or above.
