Summary: | The invention discloses a high-performance tungsten steel milling cutter radial precision grinding method. The method comprises the following steps: mounting a milling cutter on a machine tool spindle, coloring a rear corner of a cutting edge of the milling cutter, turning the spindle leftwards and performing feeding once, and performing semi-finishing trial cutting on a notch of a part; detecting the notch size of the part and the coloring state of the cutting edge, wherein the the amount of the notch size of the part greater than the size amount required by the technical condition of the part and is the radial grinding amount of the milling cutter; grinding the uncolored cutting edge part or sequentially grinding the uncolored cutting edge part; and performing trial cutting and repeating the operation till the notch size of the part meets the technical requirement.
