This air-conditioning device comprises: a main circuit including a compressor, a flow path switching device, an indoor heat exchanger, a pressure reducing device, and a plurality of parallel heat exchangers connected in parallel to each other being connected by pipes; a bypass pipe; a flow rate adjustment device that is disposed in the bypass pipe and adjusts the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing in the bypass pipe; an evaporation pressure sensor that detects the evaporation pressure of the refrigerant; and a control device.
