If power supplied from a battery mounted in a vehicle is used to heat each part in the vehicle, the power required for the vehicle to travel is consumed from the battery. A vehicular control device 20 is mounted in a vehicle provided with a transmission 16, a drive force generating unit 12 that causes a drive shaft connected via the transmission 16 to generate drive force, a battery 11 capable of supplying power to the drive force generating unit 12, and a cabin 10 in which occupants are accommodated. This vehicular control device 20 is provided with a control unit 23.
