Abstract | The invention discloses a recombinant miR-218. The sequence of the recombinant miR-218 is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, or is a sequence of which the similarity with the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 is 90% or above. In addition, the invention also discloses a production method of the recombinant miR-218 and an application of the recombinant miR-218 in hair regeneration. According to the method, tRNA is adopted as a scaffold, an miR-218 sequence is embedded, and recombinant miR-218 is expressed in escherichia coli. The recombinant miR-218 prepared by the invention is externally sprayed to the back of depilated C57BL/6 mice. The result proves that the recombinant miR-218 can obviously promote hair regeneration. The recombinant miR-218 prepared by the invention is obtained by a bioengineering technology, and has the advantages of high biological activity, convenient equipment, fast production, high yield, low cost, good functionality and the like.
