The invention provides a temperature-sensitive hydrogel which is prepared by the following steps: 1) dissolving sodium alginate in water, stirring and dissolving to obtain a sodium alginate solution; (2) adding an ether-ester copolymer into the sodium alginate solution, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a sample solution; (3) adding insoluble calcium salt into the sample solution, and uniformly stirring and mixing; and 4) adding an acidic compound, reacting with the insoluble calcium salt, uniformly stirring and mixing, and standing to obtain the temperature-sensitive hydrogel.
