The invention relates to a sludge breaker and a sludge discharge system. The sludge breaker comprises a first sludge discharge plate, a second sludge discharge plate and a liquid feeding assembly; the upper end of the first sludge discharge plate is connected with the upper end of the second sludge discharge plate; the lower end of the first sludge discharge plate and the lower end of the second sludge discharge plate extend in the direction away from each other; a space for accommodating the liquid feeding assembly is formed between the first sludge discharge plate and the second sludge discharge plate; the opposite surfaces of the first sludge discharge plate and the second sludge discharge plate form a sludge discharge surface; the first sludge discharge plate and the second sludge discharge plate are provided with liquid outlet holes; and the liquid feeding assembly is communicated with the liquid outlet holes to feed liquid to the sludge discharge surface.
