The method comprises the following steps: monitoring whether the temperature of the battery pack is within a preset temperature threshold range or not in real time; if the temperature of the battery pack is not within the preset temperature threshold range, starting a fan in the battery pack; inquiring fan parameters corresponding to the battery pack temperature; and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the fan parameters.
