Summary: | The invention discloses a method for reducing the content of biuret in industrial urea, and relates to the technical field of urea production. The method comprises the steps that 1) urea methylamine liquid enters a flash tank for decomposition; (2) a decomposed liquid-phase product flows out from the bottom of the flash tank, and is conveyed to an evaporation device for evaporation and concentration; and (3) the evaporated concentrated urine is sent to a granulator to be granulated, and urea particles are obtained, wherein the content of biuret in the urea product is reduced to 0.83%, and the requirement of an industrial fertilizer can be met. The invention also discloses a growth device of the method. According to the production device, an existing urea buffer tank is removed, the diameter of a granulation pipeline is reduced, and the retention time of urine in a system is shortened, so that the technical effect of reducing biuret in a urea finished product is achieved.
