The method comprises: establishing a power utilization side utility model of the self-provided power plant according to the obtained electricity purchase price and electricity purchase power of a user side of the self-provided power plant; establishing a power generation side cost model of the self-contained power plant according to the power utilization side utility model; obtaining an enterprise utility function model according to the obtained electricity purchase price, the power utilization side utility model and the power generation side cost model; and taking the power generation side power upper limit and the production electric power upper limit as constraints, and taking the power generation and utilization cost of the self-contained power plant according to an enterprise utility function model to monitor the cost of the self-contained power plant.
