The invention discloses a water quality on-line monitoring system which structurally comprises a control panel, a conveying pipe, a top box and a detection box, wherein the rear end of the control panel is fixedly connected to the front end of the detection box in an embedded mode, the lower end of the conveying pipe is fixedly connected to the upper end of the top box, and the lower end of the top box is connected to the upper end of the detection box through bolts. The equipment is electrified, the water flow pipe is connected with the conveying pipe, and water flow enters the detection box at the lower end of the top box, so that the water flow makes impact contact with a vibration device and a suction block on the inner sides of a fixing frame and a supporting column, a control panel is controlled, an abutting groove is tightly attached to the front ends of a connecting plate and an arc groove, and a clamping block pushes a clamping plate to extrude and fix a guide ring on the outer side of an abutting op
