Summary: | The invention discloses application of a tea tree gene CsCIPK20 in improvement on cold resistance of plants and belongs to the technical field of biological genetic engineering and plant genetic breeding. The invention discloses that the tea tree gene CsCIPK20 positively regulates the cold resistance of the plants for the first time. Biological function verification is carried out by overexpressing the gene CsCIPK20 in arabidopsis thaliana and silencing the gene CsCIPK20 in tea trees, and it is proved that the gene CsCIPK20 can improve the low-temperature resistance of the plants. The application provides a genetic resource for cultivating new varieties of low-temperature-resistant plants and has a relatively good potential application value.
茶树CsCIPK20基因在提高植物抗寒性中的应用,属于生物基因工程和植物遗传育种技术领域。本发明首次揭示了茶树CsCIPK20基因正调控植物的抗寒性。通过在拟南芥中过表达该基及在茶树中沉默该基因进行生物学功能验证,证明所述CsCIPK20基因能提高植物的低温抗性。本发明为培育耐低温植物新品种提供了基因资源,具有较好的潜在应用价值。 |
