The method compris the following steps that a metallic bond and diamond abrasive particles are mixed, and a mixing material is obtained; cold press molding is performed on a mixture to obtain a blank; a base material is obtained, the base material comprises a blade part, and the blade part comprises a tap tap casting head end and a tap casting tail end; the blank is placed at the tap casting head end of the base material and then heated, so that the molten blank is subjected to tap casting from the tap casting head end to the tap casting tail end, and the base material covering a molten layer is obtained; sintering is performed on the base material covered with the molten layer to obtain a primary product; the primary product is subjected to shaping and edging, and the diamond grinding hea
