Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of surface modification of biomedical metal materials, and relates to a method for preparing a nano-hydroxyapatite composite silane film on the surface of a medical magnesium matrix. The method comprises the following steps: sequentially mixing deionized water with absolute ethyl alcohol, gamma-(2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane, regulating the pH value to 4.500-5.500 by using glacial acetic acid, then hydrolyzing for 12-24 hours, and preparing a silane hydrolysis solution; taking 0.05-0.2 g of nano hydroxyapatite particles, and dispersing the nano hydroxyapatite particles into the absolute ethyl alcohol; mixing 15ml of the hydrolyzed silane solution with 5ml of the nano-hydroxyapatite solution, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 10 minutes; and soaking hydroxylated pure magnesium or magnesium alloy in a hydrolyzed silane solution for 1-5 minutes, then performing pulling out at a constant speed, and performing heating at 80-150 DEG C for |
