Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of virus detection, in particular to a primer combination for detecting a human bocavirus whole genome and a detection method thereof. The invention provides the primer combination for detecting the human bocavirus whole genome, the primer combination comprises 12 pairs of primers, and the 12 pairs of primers have nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-24. The primer combination can cover more than 98% of the the human bocavirus whole genome sequence, has human bocavirus specificity, and has universality for different human bocaviruses; and the primer combination can realize multiple-PCR one-step amplification of the human bocavirus whole genome in a PCR reaction system, is high in sensitivity, can quickly construct a bocavirus genome library, and is used for high-throughput sequencing.
