Summary:The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic CuO@Ag nanowire array and an application thereof in cyclic SERS detection of malachite green. Anodic aluminum oxide is used as a template, a Cu (OH) 2 nanowire array is formed on the surface of a copper substrate by using a template method and a confinement growth technology, a CuO nanowire array is obtained through calcination, a layer of silver nanoparticle film is sputtered and deposited on the surface of the CuO nanowire array, and thus, the CuO@Ag nanowire array with the super-hydrophobic surface is obtained. The concentration effect of the super-hydrophobic surface improves the Raman detection limit of the CuO@Ag nanowire array on malachite green. And meanwhile, degradation of malachite green drug residues in aquatic products is realized by utilizing the photocatalytic degradation effect of CuO so that cyclic utilization of the CuO@Ag nanowire array is realized. The super-hydrophobic CuO@Ag nanowire array is simple in preparation process, low in cost, high in
