Summary:The invention discloses a natural gas combined cycle power generation system and method with a front fuel cell. The system comprises a high-temperature fuel cell, a combustion chamber, a turbine of a gas turbine, a waste heat boiler and a steam turbine which are sequentially connected. The input end of the high-temperature fuel cell is connected with a natural gas pipeline. Natural gas serves as fuel gas to enter the high-temperature fuel cell for power generation, and the fuel gas at an outlet of the high-temperature fuel cell is fed into the combustion chamber and combusted in the combustion chamber to generate high-temperature flue gas fed into the turbine of the gas turbine for power generation; and the high-temperature flue gas at an outlet of the turbine is fed into the waste heat boiler, and steam generated by the waste heat boiler is fed into the steam turbine for power generation.
