Summary: | The invention discloses a method for constructing a water ecosystem guided by symbiosis of fungi and grass. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a lower-layer ecological niche, a middle-layer ecological niche and an upper-layer ecological niche according to growth habits of aquatic animals and plants; then disinfecting the substrate soil; gradually supplementing water, and planting submerged plants and inoculating microorganisms to form a stable microbial film so as to form a fungus-grass symbiont; putting aquatic animals: firstly putting benthonic animals, and then putting fishes, shrimps and zooplanktons; and spraying a compound microorganism bacterium solution into a pond, so as to adjust the balance of the water ecosystem.
