The method comprises the steps that commercially available metal powder is subjected to vacuum drying to obtain dried metal powder; the dried metal powder is subjected to vertical fluidized bed type smashing and grading treatment to obtain treated metal powder; the treated metal powder is subjected to press forming to obtain a metal compact; the metal compact is placed in a furnace to be sintered to obtain a metal sintered skeleton; and the metal sintered skeleton is subjected to copper infiltration treatment to obtain the metal copper-infiltrated composite material.
