The invention relates to a bulkhead structure and a multifunctional simulation test cabin. The bulkhead structure is characterized in that the bulkhead structure sequentially comprises a thermal insulation layer, a sound absorption layer and a wave absorption layer from outside to inside; the thermal insulation layer comprises stainless steel plates on the two outer sides and thermal insulation cotton on the middle layer; the sound absorption layer is compounded on the surface of the thermal insulation layer and covers the peripheral wall surfaces and the roof in a chamber body; and the wave absorption layer is made of a foam solid pyramid wave absorbing material of which the surface is coated with a wave absorbing component.
