Summary: | The invention discloses a chromium-nickel alloy for a shaft sleeve bushing and a preparation method thereof. The alloy comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight of not more than 0.08% of C, 3.0-4.0% of Si, 2.5-3.5% of Mn, 26.0-35.0% of Cr, 26.0-35.0% of Ni, 2.0-4.0% of Mo, 2.0-4.0% of Cu and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The preparation method of the alloy comprises the following steps of sequentially putting pure iron, a nickel plate, a copper plate, micro-carbon chromium, ferromolybdenum, electrolytic manganese and low-carbon ferrosilicon into a smelting furnace to be smelted into molten steel according to the weight percentage of each chemical component of the chromium-nickel alloy; and then carrying out deoxidation treatment by adopting silicon-calcium, carrying out solid solution heat treatment and hardening heat treatment after casting molding, and thus obtaining a chromium-nickel alloy product.
