The invention provides a continuous feeding method for rolling, a feeding device and a planetary rolling mill. The feeding method comprises the steps that at least three pinch rollers surround the periphery of a blank to rotate, the circumferences of the outer side faces of the pinch rollers are tangent to the blank in the length direction of the blank, and therefore the pinch rollers rotate to drive the blank to be conveyed and limit the axis of the blank; when the pinch rollers rotate, all the pinch rollers jointly rotate around the conveying direction of the blanks, so that the blanks rotate at the rotating speed in the rolling state while being conveyed; and the pinch roll is opened or tightened by adjusting the distance between the pinch roll and the blank conveying axis.
