The invention discloses a method for in-vitro culture of test-tube plantlets by using young and tender stems of rubber trees. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an explant of the young and tender stems of the rubber trees, disinfecting and sterilizing, performing primary culture, performing subculture seedling strengthening and rooting culture, and domesticating and transplanting.
