Summary:The invention belongs to the field of quality inspection of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and provides a method for identifying haw fumigated by sulfur. The method comprises the steps of respectively testing a haw sample to be tested and a control haw sample by using gas chromatography-ion migration mass spectrometry; and comparing the organic volatile matter contents of the control sample and the detection sample to distinguish whether the to-be-detected haw decoction pieces are fumigated by sulfur or not. According to the identification method disclosed by the invention, complicated pretreatment is not needed, extraction and sample preparation are not needed, and the haw slices are directly cut into small blocks and placed in a sample bottle.
