The sampling circuit comprises photoelectric detectors which are arranged in rows and columns; an analog multi-way switch U1, wherein each output port of the analog multi-way switch U1 is connected with the negative electrodes of the photoelectric detectors in each row, and the common end of the analog multi-way switch U1 is connected with GND; a plurality of sampling holders respectively connected with the output ends of the corresponding photoelectric detectors, wherein each sampling holder further comprises a state controlled end; a control part, wherein each control port of the control part is connected with a connecting point after the controlled ends of the sampling holders in each row are connected in parallel; and a AD converters respectively connected with the output ends of the acquisition retainers and used for carrying out AD conversion on the data of the corresponding rows.
