The broad-spectrum efficient peculiar smell purifying agent disclosed by the invention comprises the raw materials: 3-20% of oleic acid, 0.5-5% of alkali, 1-10% of zinc salt, 5-20% of alcohol, 0-5% of an additive and the balance being water. Under the stirring condition, an alkali solution, a zinc salt solution, an additive, alcohol and water are sequentially added into oleic acid for reaction to obtain the broad-spectrum efficient peculiar smell purifying agent, wherein the broad-spectrum efficient peculiar smell purifying agent is diluted according to a certain proportion during use and then is sprayed for use. The peculiar smell purifying agent is convenient in raw material source, low in price, simple and safe to transport, store, prepare and use, and low in production cost. The prepared
