The method comprises the following steps that a, the tail gas of the vacuum pump is conveyed to a first tail gas washing tower; b, the tail gas entering the first tail gas washing tower is in countercurrent contact with methanol through a filler in the tower, and organic matters in the tail gas are absorbed and dissolved; and c, the absorbed and dissolved tail gas enters a second tail gas washing tower and is in countercurrent contact with extraction water or desalted water, residual methanol components in the tail gas are washed, and the washed tail gas is discharged to continue subsequent tail gas treatment.
