The invention discloses a glasses temperature measurement recording device and a temperature measurement method, the glasses temperature measurement recording device comprises a glasses frame and lenses, the glasses frame is internally provided with: a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of power equipment; and a control chip which is in communication connection with the temperature sensor. A display module is arranged on each lens, after the temperature sensor detects the temperature, the control chip receives temperature information detected by the temperature sensor and converts the temperature information into a temperature digital signal, and the control chip sends the temperature digital signal to the display module to be displayed. The temperature sensor is arranged on the glasses, so that the temperature of the power equipment is automatically detected and displayed in a non-contact mode, potential safety hazards are eliminated, and working efficien
