Summary: | The invention discloses a totally-enclosed sample treatment and detection device. The device comprises a hollow annular cylinder, a piston cylinder is arranged inside a channel at the center of the annular cylinder, the annular cylinder is provided with a plurality of chambers surrounding the piston cylinder, the side wall of the piston cylinder is provided with a first microfluidic flow channel communicating with the bottom of the piston chamber, and the side wall of the annular cylinder is provided with second microfluidic flow channels communicating with all the cavities; and when the piston cylinder rotates till the first microfluidic flow channel correspondingly communicates with one of the second microfluidic flow channels, the piston cavity communicates with the cavity corresponding to the second microfluidic flow channel, and the other second microfluidic flow channels are shielded and sealed by the side wall of the piston cylinder.
