The preparation method comprises preparation of P/Si compound flame retardant slurry, preparation of PMMA slurry and preparation of the flame-retardant organic glass. The P/Si compound flame retardant slurry is a stable dispersion formed by mixing and grinding POSS and phosphate, the PMMA slurry is an SAN dissolved prepolymer, and the flame-retardant organic glass is prepared from the PMMA slurry and the P/Si compound flame retardant slurry through an improved traditional intermittent casting method for producing PMMA.
