The invention provides a machining center and a working method thereof. The machining center comprises a machining platform, a machining hand, a supporting frame and a tool magazine assembly. The machining platform is used for bearing a machined part. The machining hand is connected with the machining platform, and the machining hand is used for moving towards the machined part to turn and mill the machined part; and the supporting frame is connected with the machining platform. The tool magazine assembly is connected with the supporting frame and used for containing various tools. When the machining hand needs to replace a tool, the tool magazine assembly moves towards the machining hand; and when the machining hand turns and mills the machined part, the tool magazine assembly moves to the position below the supporting frame.
