Summary:An optical module signal processing unit has a voltage signal control unit that controls voltage signals and an intensity acquisition unit that obtains intensities, so that a voltage signal having a frequency for resonating a movable mirror is applied to a mirror device. During each of a plurality of cycles among consecutive P cycles of a voltage signal, intensity acquisition processing obtains: the measured light intensity of interference light in measured light, M times at intervals of a first time, on the basis of the frequency of the voltage signal; and addition values for the mutually corresponding measured light intensities for the same number of times. In addition, the intensity acquisition processing obtains: the laser light intensity of interference light for laser light, during each of the plurality of cycles, N times at intervals of a second time on the basis of the voltage signal frequency; and addition values for the mutually corresponding laser light intensities for the same number of times. 光模块
