Non-removable closure assembly that resists rotational movement so as to be rendered substantially non-removable by the consumer. An induction heat seal liner (70) is provided for sealing the finish (11) (open end or mouth) of a plastic container (10), the liner (70) being disposed between a closure cap (20) and the container finish (11) and being heat seal bonded to both, thus rendering the closure cap (20) non-removable from the container finish (11). By non-removable it is meant that once heat seal bonded together the closure cap (20) cannot be removed by a customer or consumer (a human) by hand, without substantially distorting the closure cap (20) or container (10), e.g., it would require the human to use a mechanical tool (e.g., knife or wrench) and in the process of trying to remove the cap (20) with the tool it would substantially deform the closure cap (20) or container (10) and render one or more of them unusable for their intended purpose. 一种不可移除的封闭组件，该不可移除的封闭组件抵抗旋转运动，以便使消费者基本上不可移除。提供感应热密封衬里(70)，以用
