The chance of load reduction is utilized to increase the number of times of fixed displacement and the continuous displacement opening degree, meanwhile, sodium hydroxide is added to ensure that PH of boiler water meets the standard, through the above manner, the phosphate hiding phenomenon is gradually eliminated, and the abnormal condition of the water quality of the boiler water is gradually relieved. On one hand, stable operation of a unit can be recovered without furnace shutdown and chemical cleaning; and on the other hand, multiple pressures caused by furnace shutdown to production and environment are avoided. 本发明公开了一种汽包炉磷酸盐隐藏现象的处理方法，利用降负荷的机会加大定排次数和连排开度，同时投加氢氧化钠保证炉水PH符合标准，通过以上方式逐渐消除了磷酸盐隐藏现象，炉水水质异常情况逐步得到缓减。一方面实现了无需停炉、无需化学清洗使机组恢复稳定运行；另一方面避免了因停炉给生产和环境造成的多重压力。
