Summary:The invention relates to 1300MPa-grade ultrahigh-strength Zn-Ni composite plating hot-formed steel. The steel comprises, by mass percentage, 0.17%-0.20% of C, 0.21%-0.25% of Si, 1.0%-1.3% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.010% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.008% of S, 0.015%-0.060% of Als, 0.19%-0.24% of Cr, 0.021%-0.025% of Ti, 0.002%-0.003% of B, 0.021%-0.025% of Nb, 0.021%-0.025% of V, smaller than or equal to 0.005% of N and the balance Fe and other inevitable impurity elements. A production method comprises the steps of molten iron desulfurization, electric furnace or converter smelting, refining, continuous casting, blank casting, rolling, cooling treatment, cleaning, nickel electroplating, zinc electroplating and uncoiling, blanking and austenitizing.
