Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of niobium-copper composite parts through a hot isostatic pressure diffusion bonding technology. The method comprises the following steps of (1) preparation of niobium and copper parts, specifically, the niobium and copper parts with different thicknesses are prepared according to the requirements of products, and cleaning the surfaces of the niobium and copper parts; (2) assembling, specifically, the cleaned niobium and copper parts are assembled together; (3) seal welding, specifically, the seal welding is conducted under vacuum or atmosphere protection according to structure of the niobium/copper composite parts; and (4) hot isostatic pressing, specifically, hot isostatic pressing treatment is carried out on the niobium/copper composite parts subjected to the seal welding in the step (3) to obtain the niobium/copper composite parts.
